All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, which refers to the time it takes to create and package your order, not the shipping time.
Please allow extra time for delivery beyond the estimated arrival date. Keep in mind that shipping estimates do not account for potential delays by postal services or other unforeseen circumstances. If you haven’t received your order by the expected date, we recommend checking your mailbox 5-7 days after the estimated arrival.
**Missing Orders:**
Nostalgic Glow is not responsible for missing orders shipped via letter mail (untracked). Once the package has been dropped off at the post office, we cannot track or locate it. For orders shipped internationally, please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges that may arise.
